Summerville/Dorchester County Chamber Wins Big at Annual CACCE Conference
Summerville, SC – The Greater Summerville/Dorchester County Chamber of Commerce received multiple recognitions at the Carolinas Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (CACCE) Staff Leadership Conference held at the Historic Salisbury Depot in Salisbury, NC.
The Chamber received two Communications Excellence Awards to recognize their outstanding communications efforts in both the Advertising/Marketing and Publication categories. Chamber President/CEO Rita Berry received a Service Award to recognize her ten years of service in the chamber industry.
Jena Ferguson, Chamber Director of Strategic Marketing and Communications Design, received the exclusive Ashby Ward Institute Scholarship. The scholarship covers full tuition for Ferguson to attend the Institute of Organizational Management, a four-year professional development program of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, in Athens, GA this June.
